1. Non AAFCO Compliance
When a product is not compliant to the AAFCO standard, there is no guideline to refer for the nutrients provided. Some health benefits on the food label can even be self-claimed. It means you might not be feeding what you think you are.
2. No Calcium - Not Recommended for Kittens
Calcium is an essential nutrient for cats, especially for kittens and lactating mothers. Calcium helps to build up their strong bones and teeth. Lack of calcium may lead to rickets, where their bones become fragile and get easily injured.
