Q. I have collected 10 barcodes, how do I redeem?

We're happy that you like our products. To redeem your loyalty rewards, please follow the steps below:

  1. Register an account on Pets Global Singapore.
  2. Please take a clear picture of all barcodes.
  3. Visit Loyalty Reward, fill up the redemption form with the item(s) you wish to redeem, and upload picture(s) of barcodes. 
  4. Submit a new redemption form if there is a different item to redeem.

We will verify your submissions. Once approved, your redemption voucher will deposit into your account.
