Autoship is a convenient way for repeat orders from Pets Global and it saves the items you purchase regularly for your convenience while ordering.
Q. How does Autoship work?
When you set up your first Autoship with Pets Global, you’ll receive 30% OFF the Autoship-eligible items in your order. After that, you’ll save an extra 5% on selected brands for all future Autoship orders.
To start your Autoship, shop for your pet's favorites and add them to your cart. Upon checkout, select "Autoship Order", then choose your order frequency. Make sure the items you want for Autoship are ticked. Place your order, and we'll take it from there! We'll send you an email when your order is shipped. You'll also receive an email reminder when your next order is coming up. As our valued Autoship customer, we prioritize your orders with reserved inventory.
You can manage your upcoming orders in "My Autoship" after logging in to your account. Please note that you can only remove items from Autoship after the 3rd Autoship delivery.
Q. How do I choose a frequency?
Every pet is different, and we understand that it takes time to know how long a bag of food, litter, or other items will last. At "My Autoship", you have the full control of your orders. You can edit the products, frequency, preferred date, delivery address and payment method. You can also select "Ship Now" to get your order in soonest if needed to.
With the first Autoship at Extra 30% off, please note that you can only remove items from Autoship after the 3rd Autoship delivery.
